Parallels and Connections 2009
A CERAMICS AND GLASS RESEARCH STUDENT CONFERENCE
18-20 March 2009
Organised by The Institute for International Research in Glass (IIRG), this conference builded on the first successful AHRC funded 'Parallels and Connections' student conference in 2007. It offered a student focused view of the exciting current practice in Ceramics and Glass MPhil/PhD/Professional research. There were presentations by students at various stages of the research process, as well as by researchers who have completed their projects, to enable networking and sharing of experiences and approaches. This event were of interest to current research students in all subjects, supervisors, all those interested in current developments in ceramics and glass, and those considering PhD research.
