IIRG Collection

IIRG started its collection of glass artworks in 2003. The collection has an international profile and is connected to IIRG 'Artists in Residence' scheme,  the Visiting Professors as well as Visiting Artists. However, exceptional pieces can be selected from works by MA and PhD students, or from grant projects and other sources. IIRG may also accept donations from individual artists and collectors.

Curated by Professor Sylva Petrova, the collection will serve to extend research which is made within IIRG, and public presentation of its achievement. 

Collection criteria consists of:

• artistic value
• origin concept
• research output
• documentation value.
