An appreciation of the combination of Printmaking and Contemporary Glass Practice.

This symposium, organised by the Institute for International Research in Glass, University of Sunderland and the Ceramics and Glass Department, The Royal College of Art, brought together a number of perspectives to take a focused view of contemporary ideas and practice. This included practitioner presentations, historical precedents, and new technical research. Students and professional practitioners were able to make connections between the areas under discussion, enrich their own practice, and place it in a broader context.
